Built to save you time on every pay run

Bulk remittance in one click

Notify every supplier in a pay run at once. Whether you're paying five suppliers or fifty, it takes a single tick.

Cherry-pick specific suppliers

Some suppliers want remittance advice. Others don't. Click the email icon next to any payment to include or exclude that supplier. If one supplier has several invoices in the same pay run, your choice applies to all their payments automatically.

Works with Xero and QuickBooks pay runs

Telleroo pulls email addresses straight from your clients' accounting software, so there's no need to re-enter supplier details:

Xero: Telleroo uses the Primary person's contact details and also includes anyone you've marked as "included in emails".

QuickBooks: Telleroo uses the supplier's Primary email field. Notify multiple people by simply separating the addresses with commas.

Green icon confirmation once sent

After the pay run is paid, green email icons appear next to every payment where remittance advice has gone out. You'll know exactly which suppliers have been notified.

Why Telleroo.

Why Telleroo for remittance advice?

End the back-and-forth with suppliers

Without remittance advice, suppliers often can't tell which invoices a payment covers. That means emails, phone calls and wasted time. Telleroo sends a clear confirmation with every payment, so the questions stop before they start.

Skip the manual steps in your accounting software

Sending remittance advice natively often means clicking through bills, payments and options one by one. In QuickBooks, batch sending can also mean suppliers receive a separate email for every invoice. Pay 20 invoices to one supplier and they could get 20 emails. With Telleroo, remittance advice is built into the pay run itself.

Part of a secure, end-to-end payment workflow

Remittance advice is just one piece of the picture. When you pay Xero and QuickBooks invoices with Telleroo, you also get:

  • Supplier bank checks that flag full, partial or missing matches before you pay
  • Built-in approvals, including dual approvers, for added protection
  • Duplicate payment checks to catch errors early
  • Payments 24/7, 365 days a year, with suppliers typically receiving funds in minutes
