Telleroo invoices on the first working day of each calendar month, charging for the previous month's usage. For example, if you receive a Telleroo invoice at the beginning of July, it will include charges for the payments you sent in June. You will receive Telleroo invoices via email if you're the designated contact on the account. Invoices are due by the 10th of each calendar month.

You can choose to pay Telleroo via direct debit, bank transfer or by sending a payment to our bank through your Telleroo account.

You won't automatically move to the next tier if you make more than the allotted number of payments in your plan, instead there's just a small charge for each additional payment. We will periodically check to make sure you are on the plan that gives you the most value for your usage and drop you a message if we think it makes sense for you to move.

You get access to separate Telleroo accounts on the Teams and Pro plans. So if you want your team to be able to process invoice payments but you don't want them to be able to see salaries then this is perfect for you. You can add multiple users with different permissions to each account.

All Telleroo accounts have access to international payments. The Essential plan doesn't include any fee-free international payments, instead fees start at 0.42% will be charged at the point of conversion. If you're on the Teams or Pro plan then you'll be able to process between £15,000 and £30,000 of fee-free international payments each month. This will be reimbursed as cashback in the next calendar month.

Yes! If you are an accountant, bookkeeper or payroll provider, you will be billed for your clients as default. But you can request that we bill your clients directly. You need to request this in advance, changes cannot be made after invoices have been sent.This change applies to all of your clients, you cannot have some clients billed to your firm and some billed directly. You can request a change to billing by contacting the support team via chat, or emailing support@telleroo.com.
